AC Switches

Capitalizing on the reliable and innovative well-proven ASD (Application Specific Devices) technology, ST's ACS™ and ACST devices are a new generation of switches specifically developed for home appliances and industrial processing applications.

By integrating over voltage protection and level shifter, no MOV protection is needed, providing safety as defined in IEC61000-4-4 and 4-5 standards.

Also, ACS series are easy to drive directly from microcontrollers.
