M48T201V is is a combination Real-Time Clock and NVRAM Supervisor.
It is intended for use in high-density, surface-mount NVRAM applications,
and can also be used in applications requiring a standalone parallel
access RTC.
It can be easily connected to most microprocessors and microcontrollers,
and its Watchdog Timer and Power-on Reset/Low-Voltage Detect Output
can provide supervisor functions for the microprocessor. |
