STMicroelectronics offers fully integrated power modules designed to implement a BASH® amplifier when used in conjunction with digital processors, such as the STABP01. A sophisticated circuit implements the output transistor power detector that, with the digital converter, reduces the power supply voltage.

BASH® is a patented high efficiency power amplifier circuit topology that has taken the best of class AB and D and created a new class of its own.
