TS3021 - TS3022

The TS302x comparators feature high-speed response with rail-to-rail inputs. They are able to work over a wide -40 °C to +125 °C temperature range. Specified with a 2 V to 5 V supply voltage, these comparators also operate at 1.8 V within the 0 °C to +125 °C temperature range. They can then offer a consumption as low as a few tens of microamps, thus providing an excellent power consumption versus response time. The TS302x offer push-pull outputs, and small SMD packages are available.
