The TS507 is a new precision, single op amp from ST. It operates from 2.7V up to 5.5 V and is
rail-to-rail both at input and output. Dedicated to applications requiring high precision, TS507 features an input offset voltage of 25 µV typ., and an input offset voltage drift of 1 µV/°C.
The maximum of Vio over full temperature range is 200 µV for the C version (0 to 85°C) and 400 µV for the I version (-40 to 125°C).

Besides these excellent precision parameters, the TS507 offers a very high open loop gain, 130 dB and a very high CMRR (common mode rejection ratio), 105dB.
The noise figure is 12nV/Hz at 1 kHz. The TS507 is housed in SOT23 and SO8 packages.
