Precision

ST's offering in the precision op amps market was the industry-standard OP07 (Vio = 150 µV max.) and two proprietary designs of high-voltage bipolar op amps, the TS512 (Vio = 500 µV max.) and TS522 (Vio = 850 µV max).
ST has just released a new low-voltage high-precision single op amp, the TS507 using an ST patented trimming method done after packaging. Its main parameters are:

•   ultra low Vio: 100 µV max.
•   Vio drift: 1 µV/°C
•   Rail-to-rail input/output
•   High output current, up to 120 mA.
