High-temperature amplifiers

In the semiconductor world, numerous products are specified with an industrial temperature range (-40/+85 °C), while a certain number are specified with an automotive temperature range (-40/+125 °C). However, it is much more difficult to find products specified and guaranteed for temperatures above +125 °C. STMicroelectronics is able to propose such products, with a specification up to +150 °C.
